Boo Bash is an annual community event at Prince of Peace celebrating fall and the not-so-spooky fun of Halloween. Join us for outdoor games, activities and trick-or-treating! Bring a donation of winter apparel for Mission Outpost: hats, gloves, boots, coats, etc.
There’s no need to register for Boo Bash; just show up! Bring your family and invite friends. This is a party! If the weather’s bad, check popmn.org for updates.
If you are a community business, organization or group interested in hosting a trick-or treat vehicle/station for Boo Bash this year, you can sign up at popmn.org/register.
Kids ‘n Kinship’s first-ever Funfest puts the fun back in fundraising
Funfest fundraiser activities include a spaghetti and marshmallow tower building contest, putting green and outdoor yard games, popcorn and hot chocolate, balloon animals, a raffle with amazing prizes donated by the local community, a visit from the Free Book Buggie and food from Jerk Station as well as a hula hoop contest hosted by DJ Juice.
Join a one-hour guided tour of the restored State Capitol through the shadowy rotunda, hallways, and chambers lit with original early 1900s lighting.
Along the way, visitors encounter historical “spirits” who tell stories of the Capitol’s past. Tours leave every half-hour at 6:30, 7:00, 7:30, and 8:00 pm.
