Mindfulness enables you to wake up and be more fully present with what is going on in your inner and outer worlds, and with the stream of moment-to-moment change. Mindfulness offers you greater choice and the capacity to live on purpose as an alternative to living a reactionary life dominated by mindless habits and out-of-control reactivity.
