This August, Urban Roots teams up with Chef Blong Vang for a pop-up dinner. Chef Blong believes in the value of bringing people closer together through food, and on August 18, you have the chance to be one of those people. Chef Blong and our youth interns will prepare and serve a meal featuring lots of fresh produce grown and harvested by our Market Garden program. With beer from Bang Brewing (for 21+ guests while supplies last), it’s sure to be a tasty evening. Nonalcoholic beverages will also be available.
