BuckSlam December Poetry Slam

BuckSlam is the Twin Cities’ only monthly poetry slam! Whether you’re a poet, a poetry lover, or a poetry hater (we need judges!), BuckSlam is the perfect place for you to meet writers, have feelings, and hear stories from some of your deer peers on the mic. We’ve only got three slams left in our regular season and can’t wait to see who what poets will battle their way to grand slam finals! Pay a buck. Win a buck? Maybe! Come see for yourselves at our next slam on Wed. December 11th at 6pm at Moon Palace Books!
Doors at 6:30pm. Show at 7pm.
$1 cover. $1 prize.**
Sign-ups open the morning of the slam and close at 6:55pm!
**Winner receives a $25 gift card to Moon Palace! Prizes for runners up as well!
*Moon Palace requires masks be worn inside, please respect the venue and take care of each other by following this rule*
ACCESS INFO: Moon Palace is wheelchair and walker accessible and has multiple accessible restrooms. The stage in the performance space is on risers with steps, but the mic can be lowered to floor-level for anyone who needs it.
