ALS SuperHero 5K/10K Dash

Join us as we use our powers in the fight against ALS at The ALS Association SuperHero 5K/10K Dash. This family-friendly event attracts runners, casual walkers, children of all ages, supporters of the ALS community and SuperHeroes of all sorts. Costumes are encouraged!

This distance-certified, chip-timed 5K race starts at Harriet Island Pavilion and trails along the Mississippi River. The SuperHero Dash directly benefits The ALS Association MN/ND/SD Chapter and our mission to discover treatments and a cure for ALS while serving, advocating for, and empowering people affected by ALS to live their lives to the fullest.
