2nd Annual Cooking for a Cause – Family Cooking Class

Land of 10,000 Recipes creator, Jenna Gorman, and her three kids are hosting a cooking class for kids to raise money for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital as part of the MN for St. Jude campaign. Jenna knows the impact of childhood cancer. Her younger brother Mikey was diagnosed with acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) at the age of two years old. Unfortunately, Mikey lost his battle when he was four years old. Jenna continues to keep her brother’s memory alive by fundraising for St. Jude.

Location: Holman’s Table in St. Paul
Recipe: Chicken Satay Coconut Rice Bowls
Details: Police, fire fighters, and a helicopter will be on site to support the cooking class
