The premier foreign policy event of the year is back! As the “Year of Elections” draws to a close, new governments have been and will be coming to power in countries all over the world. What challenges and opportunities can we expect in U.S. foreign policy in 2025 and how will a new administration handle the complexities of today’s international landscape?
Join us for the insightful and popular U.S. Foreign Policy Update with Diplomat in Residence and career Foreign Service Officer, Tom Hanson. He will explore foreign policy developments, trends, and challenges facing the U.S. in the year ahead including the impacts of the 2024 presidential election, the continued conflicts in Ukraine and the Middle East, the expanding influence of the BRICS consortium, and the ongoing struggle towards global peace and security.
