Join us for the 2024 Tee Off for Fraser, presented by Geritom Medical!
Join us on Monday, July 8, for the 2024 Tee Off for Fraser, presented by Geritom Medical, our signature scramble golf event at Brackett’s Crossing Country Club in Lakeville. The event raises funds for Fraser Community Living, which provides supportive housing that allows adults with disabilities and autism to thrive. Enjoy 18 holes of golf, lunch and dinner, raffle prizes, contests, and camaraderie.
We will have fun games and contests throughout the course, like competing for the loudest drive, hole in one, and hitting the longest putt.
Funds from the golf tournament support Fraser Community Living, a program providing long-term care and housing for individuals with disabilities and autism. Your contributions will fund ongoing home maintenance and repair, improved accessibility and security, recreational activities and equipment, and support for our Community Living staff.
These ongoing contributions are just as crucial for supporting the well-being and mental health of people in Community Living as any therapy. Your donations ensure people with autism and disabilities continue to have safe homes where they receive support and are a part of the community.
Why It’s Important
Fraser offers 25 Supervised Living homes, 5 Supportive Living apartment buildings, and 5 Independent Living apartment buildings.
By attending and donating to the golf event, you ensure adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities and autism can continue to live in these safe homes where they receive support and are a part of the community.
You can sign up to register individually or purchase a foursome to golf with friends. You can also get involved by becoming an event sponsor. All sponsorships are entitled to a variety of marketing and promotional opportunities and will receive the following benefits (if desired):
– Recognition in Fraser Giving Matters newsletter
– Name and link to corporate website on Fraser website, fraser.org
– Name and logo listed on event registration website
– Acknowledgment in 2024 Fraser annual report
