Join us for the Twin Cities premiere screening of Duluth for Mandela: A Northland Celebration at the Minnesota History Center. Duluth for Mandela: A Northland Celebration is an inspiring film for all ages highlighting how the Duluth community honored the centenary of South African freedom fighter and Nobel laureate, Nelson Mandela. Stirring music, art, dance, and more portray the values of reconciliation, inclusion and transformative joy embodied in Mandela’s life.

Following the film, producer/director Gerri Williams will be joined by Carl Crawford, Equity and Inclusion Specialist for St. Louis County, for a panel discussion. Mr. Crawford most recently served as the Human Rights Officer for the City of Duluth.
