Join us live online to see how you can make vegan Mediterranean Wellness Bowls easier and faster using an electric pressure cooker and air fryer! First, Kirsten will demonstrate how to pressure cook a variety of grains (barley, farro, and quinoa) and vegetables (Moroccan carrots) before switching to an air fryer to make Colorful Greek-seasoned Cauliflower and Air Fryer Za’atar Tofu.
