Today, Mendota is a quaint town with 198 souls. Time here seems to move as slowly as the Minnesota River, on the banks of which the town is situated on. Beneath this picturesque façade, resides something darker. Mendota’s history is filled with mysterious murders, robberies, illegal gambling dens, and much more. Join us at the Sibley Site to learn about Mendota’s dark history for the Mendota True Crime Walking Tour.

Please note, this tour is for adults only and is not suitable for children. This event is an outdoor walking tour, so terrain may be uneven and attendees are encouraged to dress appropriately.
