Lenvakast (Lenvatinib Capsules 10 mg) is specifically indicated for the treatment of locally metastatic, progressive, radioactive iodine-refractory differentiated thyroid cancer. Lenvakast is a capsule for oral administration. The suggested daily dose of Lenvakast is 24 mg (two 10 mg capsules and one 4 mg capsule) orally taken once daily with or without food. Lenvakast should be taken at the same time each day. Take the missed dose if it is less than 12 hours and take the next dose at the usual time of administration. Lenvakast should be taken until disease progression or until unacceptable toxicity occurs.
