Honor your physical, mental and emotional fitness with an all-women’s 5K, 10K or 10 mile run benefiting Girls on the Run. Celebrate post-race with a brunch bar and festival. Participants earn a finish line medal and technical Storm Creek® lightweight crew. Invite your girlfriends, family or colleagues – Women Run the Cities isn’t just an event, it’s a movement.
NEW in 2022! Kids 18 and under run free in Twin Cities In Motion events. Women Run the Cities includes kid-friendly distances for the youngest runners (1 mile, ½ mile and kids dash).
