A writer in a totalitarian police state is interrogated about the gruesome content of his short stories and their similarities to a number of child-murders that are happening in his town. As he faces execution, the writer comes to terms with the stark difference between law and justice. How far will someone go to preserve their legacy? Because sometimes life “isn’t about being or not being dead, it’s about what you leave behind.”
