Northrop’s most popular matinee returns! Enjoy seeing and hearing the more than 320 members of “The Pride of Minnesota” in this lively, joyful, and participatory indoor concert featuring halftime favorites, an appearance by Goldy Gopher, and more. One of the most exciting and highly visible organizations on campus, the University of Minnesota Marching Band, under the direction of Dr. Betsy McCann and Dr. John Leonard, provides enthusiastic support to the University’s athletic programs, and represents the UMN at events throughout the year.
