On Tuesday, October 25th, at 7:30 p.m. organist Vincent Dubois will present a solo concert on the Great Cathedral Pipe Organs at the Cathedral of Saint Paul. M. Dubois is one of three titulaire organists at Notre-Dame Cathedral in Paris, France, and is one of the finest concert organists in the world today. His program will include works of J.S. Bach, César Franck, Camille Saint-Saens, and Maurice Duruflé. He will conclude the program with an improvisation. The art of improvisation is an integral part of liturgical music at Notre-Dame, and Vincent is a fantastic improviser.
